CAP Barbell Standard 47 in. EZ Curl Bar
The CAP Standard Threaded Solid Super Curl Bar fits 1 in standard plates and provides 2 separate grip positions to intensify the isolation and upper arm size in both the bicep and triceps muscles. The CAP Standard Threaded Solid Super Curl Bar features solid steel constructed with a chromed finish & threaded ends. Star lock collars are included with the bar to hold plates securely on the barbell.
